Andrea Cardenas is an inspiring journalist. She has lived in Dallas, Texas for her whole life. She loves to write and adventure around the country and one day around the world. She hopes reports will change people's perspectives as well as people's lives.
Living in Dallas, Cardenas shared one experience that inspired her to journalism. In 2019 she and her mother were in a car crash. Their vehicle was hit from behind and the car spun off the road. The two had bought groceries. Eggs, food and all the other supplies, went flying. Fortunately, there were no injuries. Cardenas and her mother survived, as did the eggs, oddly enough.
Cardenas wants to tell anyone who is looking to accomplish their goals “Don't forget to do what makes you happy, and be determined."
